RECALL: Zeagle Recalls Sport BCD Inflators Due to Automatic Inflation Hazard
Zeagle is issuing a quality alert due to the possibility that buttons on the Zeagle Sport BCD inflators may break or fracture leading to a rapid loss of air or auto inflation of the BCD. It is of the upmost importance that if you have a Sport BCD model that was purchased between August 1, 2015 and August 31, 2018 that the inflator be replaced as soon as possible.

A. There exists a possibility that buttons on inflators of Zeagle Sport BCDs may break or
fracture leading to a rapid loss of air or auto inflation of the BCD. It is of the utmost
importance that if you have a Sport BCD with an inflator that is affected by this recall,
that the inflator be replaced as soon as possible.
Q. How can I tell if my Sport BCD is affected by the recall?
A. If the Sport BCD was purchased between August 1, 2015 and August 31, 2018, there is a

Q. How can I take advantage of the recall?
A. After entering your serial number into the database at www.zeagle.com/inflator-recall, you will
have the ability through this site to have replacement parts shipped to you directly. Please
follow the instructions enclosed on our website to replace the lower airway.
Q. How will the product be improved once parts are replaced?
A. Your Sport BCD will be retrofit with new lower airway, which has an engineering improvement
to eliminate any possibility of inflator buttons breaking loose. This engineering improvement
was made to ensure the highest safety and reliability of our products.
Q. My Sport BCD appears to be operating okay. Can I continue to use it?
A. No. Even though your product appears to be safe, we are asking all customers to immediately
stop using their product and participate in the recall by replacing the recalled items within your
