Bookings Courses, Dives & Trips
Scuba 2000 will give a full refund if your course or trip has been cancelled by us.If you would like to withdraw from or reschedule any training program, course or dive trip, within the first 14 days after the original date of purchase you may receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.If you would like to withdraw from or reschedule any training program, course or dive trip after 14 days, you will receive a full refund less 50% of the total cost of training, course or dive trip. An administrative fee of $50 will also be deducted. You can always reschedule your training program, course or dive trip for free if you notify us at least 14 days before the start of the training, course or dive trip. Any rescheduling made less than 14 days prior to the training, course or dive trip start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total cost of the training program, course or trip for which you have enrolled. Rescheduling made within the 7 days prior to training program, course or dive trip is subject to a rescheduling fee of 100% of the total cost of the training program, course or trip for which you have enrolled.
Return and exchange policy
Scuba 2000 will gladly exchange or refund items within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt (7 days for cameras and dive computers). Items must be in their original state and must have all tickets attached. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment only. If the original purchase was made by credit card, we will refund the purchase to the credit card used at the time of the purchase only if the card and authorized cardholder are present. If the authorized cardholder or credit card are not present, a store credit will be issued. Returns without an original receipt or with an exchange receipt will receive a store credit. Dry suits, wetsuits, prescription lenses and all special orders are considered FINAL SALE.
All returns must be processed in the store.
