What you are going to learn?

  • How to focus on what you can see in your lights beam, observing details you may have overlooked in the daytime.
  • Learn light handling and communication techniques. Along with how to enter, exit and navigate in the dark.

Process

  • Typically we run the PADI Night Diver Course over one weekend, with additional 3 hours  dedicated to classroom academic during an evening weekday.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and making at least three night dives under the supervision of your PADI Instructor.

What You Will Need?

Prerequisites:

  • Hold a PADI (Junior) Open Water certification or higher.
  • Be 12 years or older.

Equipment:

  • In addition to your scuba equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, regulator, weights, tanks, and dive computer), you may also need the following, depending on the location where you’ll be diving:
  • Two underwater lights
  • Tank light
  • Exposure suit
